Q：How to do doll daily care?
Full silicone dolls can have a bath while the dolls owning cloth body can only use wipe with a wet towel and then place it in a ventilated place to dry.  When not playing, please put dolls in boxes and avoid direct sunlight.

Q: Can Adolly dolls posable?
The doll's head and limbs can be slightly posable. Different dolls suit different pose, some dolls suit for lying while others suit for sitting. Please go to the detailed page to check.

Q：Can I bathe dolls?
Only the silicone body can have a bath. It's enough to wipe with a wet towel for the cloth body dolls.

Q：What’s the differences of Adolly reborn three series?
Our dolls are divided into three series:
'Hi' series suits for beginners or as gifts for kids
'Gallery' series suits for reborn doll lovers and collectors while
'Collection' series suits for collectors with the highest requirements.
They are different in material, face shapes, hair and many other aspects.

Q：What size clothes do the different dolls fit?
The size of Adolly reborn ranges from 5inches to 24inches. 5inch dolls clothes need to be self-made. 12-20 inches dolls fit 0-3 month baby size clothes; 22inches dolls fit 3-6 month baby size clothes; 24inches dolls fit 6-9 month baby size clothes.

Q：Is Material BPA-free?
Yes, we adopt the high-quality material and the softly touched dolls are environmental and BPA-free, please play with it with confidence. Both for kids and collectors.

Q：Is the deep red crease a defect?
No, the deep red crease caused by squeezing out is our unique features instead of defects. This is a normal phonenmoen for babies and usually exist around the limbs of 22-24 inch dolls.

Q：Are different size dolls all equipped with accessories?
5 inch dolls& 12 inch dolls are equipped with one outfit; 16-24inch dolls are all equipped with outfit(*1), diaper(*1), toy bottle(*1), magnetic parcifier(*1). As for the specific outfit, please go to the detailed dolls to check. 

Q：What's reborn dolls' suitable age?
Adolly reborn is usually suitable for age 3+, especially suits for the adult collectors. We also have mini size (5 inch) dolls suiting younger babies, but it must be played under adult supervision .

Mohair&rooted fiber hair: Manual implant. The hole is smaller and make doll look more realistic and nature.

Q：How to clean&protectreborn doll's skin?
Full silicone body/full simulation silicone vinyl body: Can be placed in water for bathing
Cloth body: Pat the body regularly to remove dust and use wet towel for wiping off the dust of limbs and head
After bathing or daily care, you all can use talcum powder to keep skin clean and smooth. Please avoid the direct sunlight

Q：What is the cloth body doll filling in?
The cloth body is filled with high-quality cotton which is non-toxic and don't have bad smell. It touchs comfortable and is soft to hug.

Q:How to take care of reborn doll hair?
Daily maintenance： Mohair&rooted fiber hair: Comb hair by hand or kid's comb daily. Avoiding the direct sunshine and pulling the hair hard. If hair is dirty, please use wet towel for wiping gently and put it in a ventilated place and let it air dry Hand-painted hair: Using wet towel for wiping off the dust and let it air dry. Aviod the direct sunshine.

Q:Can the doll use real baby pacifiers?
The dolls couldn't use the real baby pacifiers due to our toy pacifier has magnetism for absorbing mouth, but the real baby pacifier doesn't has this feature.

Q:What is the difference between non-skeleton reborn and skeleton full silicone reborn？
Non-skeleton reborn: It’s soft to touch and the sense of touch is very similar to that of human skin. Having great flexibility of the limbs and relatively large wave range, it can be posed into any shape you like.
Skeleton full silicone reborn: Skeleton reborn is heavier than non-skeleton reborn, it also has soft touch but the flexibility is slightly worse than the non-skeleton. Any joint can also be moved but the range is limited and requires more effort.
