Not Happy with Your Order
If you are not happy about your purchase, 10 days from the date of that you received the product in like-new condition with no visible wear and tear, you (buyer) will be the one who is responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning the item (not covered by our warranty against manufacturer defects and exchange is not due to our error)，you need to provide the return order number in order to track the returned dolls.

She is full vinyl body and still fun to dress and pose. Her coloring and veining were over the top!

The doll is beautiful and is packaged with care. I love that she comes with diapers, outfit, bottle, and pacifier. And for the price this is an excellent Doll! My 6 year old is going to be over joyed on Christmas!

My daughter bought this same reborn doll to match her friend's. She is obsessed with it and treats it like a real baby. We had a problem with a finger on our first doll. The exchange was super easy. We had the replacement within 1 or 2 weeks while at Christmas time. Excellent Customer service. My daughter takes this doll to many stores and people often think it is a real baby. She loves it and will likely get more.

So adorable. She is truly a life like doll. I was so impressed when I opened the box. She came in a very sturdy appealing box. She will fit 0-3 mo Infant cloths. I purchased a doll from a different seller prior to this purchase I sent it back because I was disappointed. Reviews for the other doll said it was life like which turned out to be incorrect. I assure you this will wow you. I can't wait to give this to my 7 year old granddaughter for Christmas.

Although some reviewers may be correct that this doll needs to be handled gently, I don't anticipate the recipient of this doll will be rough. She is an elderly woman with dementia who immediately accepted the doll with a smile and cradled it. It seems to be a good gift.
