6.Why did not receive aconfirmation letter?
It really happens that some customers cannot receive the confirmation letter. The undelivered mail returned to the sender via some unknown reason.

Not Happy with Your Order
If you are not happy about your purchase, 10 days from the date of that you received the product in like-new condition with no visible wear and tear, you (buyer) will be the one who is responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning the item (not covered by our warranty against manufacturer defects and exchange is not due to our error)，you need to provide the return order number in order to track the returned dolls.
Please note:Do not return back to the original address,the return address will be provided by email .Shipping costs are non-refundable. A refund will be arranged within 7 days after we received the return dolls.

Including a photograph demonstrating the damaged area of the item. The most optimal pictures are on a flat surface, with the tag and error clearly displayed. We supply free exchange or doll part replacement depending on the damage situation.

I love the doll!! It seemed so small when I got it, but when I opened the box and held her 😊 she is perfect for holding and cuddling. I love her beautiful big eyes, they look purple. I received my baby Jacob the other day❤️ He is absolutely perfect. Full legs and arms. Paint is very realistic looking. He feels great in my arms. Will be ordering another baby from Adolly soon!
This little girl is perfect! She has full vinyl limbs, so she can wear short sleeves. She wears newborn and 0-3 months baby clothing. She arrives in a nice box, with a diaper on her head the way a real reborn doll would arrive.
She has beautiful hand-painted hair and blushing on her face, hands, knees, etc. She is floppy just like a real baby.
Her little outfit is just so sweet, as well!
Adolly keeps getting better and better with their dolls. I especially enjoy their painted hair babies. And awesome on having a full limbed baby!!!

Wow! This little girl by Adolly is so amazingly realistic looking! Her features are so lifelike!
She comes packaged in a box and is wrapped in a plastic zipper bag. She comes with a birth certificate, bottle, magnetic pacifier, diaper, and a red headband that she is already wearing. Her romper is so precious with the little Minnie Mouse on the front! It actually looks like a Christmas outfit. Her hand painted hair actually looks like real hair. The little veins and creases are so real looking. She has just the right amount of blushing, not too much, and not too little.
