4.How do I track my package?
You will be sent a shipment confirmation email along with a tracking number to track your package. If you couldn’t find the specific shipping status of package, please contact us and we will solve it for you.

6.Why did not receive aconfirmation letter?
It really happens that some customers cannot receive the confirmation letter. The undelivered mail returned to the sender via some unknown reason.

If you have not received the email after checking, email us with the email address or name you filled in when you placed the order. We will get back to you as soon as possible.

Not Happy with Your Order
If you are not happy about your purchase, 10 days from the date of that you received the product in like-new condition with no visible wear and tear, you (buyer) will be the one who is responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning the item (not covered by our warranty against manufacturer defects and exchange is not due to our error)，you need to provide the return order number in order to track the returned dolls.
Please note:Do not return back to the original address,the return address will be provided by email .Shipping costs are non-refundable. A refund will be arranged within 7 days after we received the return dolls.

Including a photograph demonstrating the damaged area of the item. The most optimal pictures are on a flat surface, with the tag and error clearly displayed. We supply free exchange or doll part replacement depending on the damage situation.

I spent weeks looking at reviews and really was about to give up looking but my 9 year old niece picked this baby and it had the best reviews out of all of the others. So I gambled and bought this beautiful baby... I was not disappointed at all... she is soooooooo worth the money and idk if I got lucky and got the best one made but I have nothing bad to say about my purchase as a matter of fact I will be buying more for her collection after I give it to her 4/17/21 when I see her reaction... she doesn’t kno I got it bc I told her the reviews are ok but I wasn’t sure if I wanted to spend the money... but really I wanted her to think I wasn’t getting it so that way she’d be the most surprised when she see’s it... great purchase y’all
The doll is not as cute in person as it is in the photos but overall looks as pictured. The plastic on this doll is softer than other dolls which is likely why it appears in person less realistic than the other dolls my daughter has, but feels more realistic. This doll is good for cuddling with but is slightly larger than I was expecting and due to that is a bit heavy. Not suitable for small children due to weight of the doll. Otherwise pleasant and for the price this is a really good doll. Clothing as bright and vibrant as the photo. Magnet in the mouth of ours is a little off center so the pacifier doesn't always sit correctly on the open mouth. Doll is a bit creepy with the open mouth without the pacifier in. My daughter did not like this doll but overall it was a good doll.
This is such a darling!!! The doll is weighted and really feels like a baby, and the size of one too.My daughter named her Amelia and she is constantly getting changed, cuddled, and played with. She has a huge grin and two small teeth coming, super cute and adorable. The price is super inexpensive for a reborn; very surprising. This is just the thing to keep you smiling! Buy this; you won't regret it.
